How To Order
Pottery takes time to make, time to dry, time to fire. Pieces in our online store usually ship within a week. Otherwise it will depend on what you want and what leaves are available. We thank you for understanding our process sometimes takes more than a few weeks as the pieces go through many steps (and two firings!) from lump of clay to finished product.

Shipping from our online store
All items listed in our online store are ready to ship and usually ship within a week of us receiving them. You will receive an email with tracking information when your orders ship. We do recycle packaging and hope that you are able to do so as well. If you don't see something that you're looking for, please contact us and we will let you know what else we have in stock. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of each item in your order. While our base shipping rate is $14, it will likely increase if you are ordering larger or multiple items. We ship packages insured using both UPS and USPS. We carefully wrap our pottery in paper and band it with cardboard before we surround it with both packing paper and biodegradable peanuts. While accidents do sometimes happen, this method of packing has served us well for many years.
For U.S. customers in Alaska and Hawaii- please Contact Us about ordering and shipping cost. We do not currently ship internationally.
Breakage in shipping from us:
Should you receive a damaged piece, please contact us immediately via email with subject matter indicating a piece was damaged in shipping. It's insured against breakage and we will refund your money, or suggest another piece we have in stock. Please do save all the packing material as UPS may want to inspect it.
For local customers:
If you are local to our area and would to like pick up your order, please leave us a note during checkout out that you would like to schedule a time to pick up and we will reach out to you with available times. You can also reach us through our Contact Us page after you place your order. After you pick up your order, we will refund any shipping charges.
Returns: Returns of pottery are accepted back within five business days and must be be properly packed. You are responsible for payment of return shipping and any damages that may occur in that shipping so be sure to insure returns for the value of the piece. Please contact us before returns so we can assist you!

Because our leaf supply is seasonal, we really can't make orders that are leaf specific. We can let you know what we've been making or when we might have something in a particular leaf, if in fact that leaf works in our process. We are not able to take custom orders at this time but if you are interested in something specific, please do email us.

We don't list registries online. Just call or email an inquiry with the names of the couple and we can let you know what they want either by phone or email.
